Your Step-by-Step Guide

Find Your Recharge Number

Locate your prepaid card or top-up voucher. The 16-digit number you need is usually under a scratch-off panel or clearly printed on the receipt. Take your time to find it.

Open Your Phone App

Unlock your mobile phone and tap on the green "Phone" icon, which looks like an old-fashioned telephone receiver. This is the same app you use to make calls.

Enter The Code (USSD)

Carefully type *100* followed by your RECHARGE NUMBER, then #. For example, if your number is 1234567890123456, you would type *100*1234567890123456#. Finally, press the green call button.

Wait for Confirmation

Shortly after, you will receive an SMS message confirming your top-up, or a voice message will play. This confirms your mobile credit has been successfully added to your phone.
